Hello! My name is Kandie Feryanitz, and I have been in the firewood business since 1989. Last spring, I came up with the idea of "Campfire Bundles", and more recently with "Bundle Buddies". What are "Campfire Bundles", and "Bundle Buddies" you may ask? Simple! They are an affordable and enviromentally friendly alternative to charcoal briquets and lighter fluid. "Campfire Bundles" come complete with everything you need to start and maintain a campfire, smoker, or bar-b-que pit fire. They are great for cook outs or campfires! "Bundle Buddies" are the companion to "Campfire Bundles", and give you more wood for prolonged burning or smoking.
I am recently married, and my husband is very involved in our business. Originally, we started out with strictly residential accounts, but after my brainchild "campfire bundles" was born, we were racking our brains as to ways to get this idea out to the general public, in an economical way which we could afford. Our most feasible solution seemed to be commercial accounts, where convienence stores and large chains would market our product. The next step for us was to set up a web site.
